1. Classic BBQ Ribs
Ingredients:
2 racks of baby back ribs
1 cup of Xcellence Barbecue All-Purpose Seasoning
1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions:
Preheat your grill: Set it up for indirect heat at around 225°F (107°C).
Prep the ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry. Rub Xcellence Barbecue All-Purpose Seasoning generously over both sides.
Cook the ribs: Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 hours, basting with BBQ sauce in the last 30 minutes.
Serve: Cut between the bones, serve with extra BBQ sauce, and enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 lbs of chicken breast, cut into cubes
1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions:
Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil and Xcellence Bold and Beefy Steak Seasoning. Add the chicken cubes and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the skewers: Alternate threading chicken, bell peppers, and onions onto the skewers.
Grill the skewers: Preheat the grill to medium heat and cook the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.

Ingredients:
4 lbs pork shoulder
1/2 cup of Xcellence Barbecue All-Purpose Seasoning
1 cup of apple cider vinegar

Instructions:
Prepare the pork: Rub Xcellence Barbecue All-Purpose Seasoning all over the pork shoulder.
Slow cook: Place the pork in a slow cooker, add apple cider vinegar, and cook on low for 8-10 hours until it’s tender.
Shred the pork: Once cooked, shred the pork using two forks. Mix in BBQ sauce to taste.

Ingredients:
6 ears of corn, husked
1/2 cup of butter, melted

Instructions:
