Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs

  • 1 cup of Xcellence Barbecue All-Purpose Seasoning

  • 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill: Set it up for indirect heat at around 225°F (107°C).

  2. Prep the ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry. Rub Xcellence Barbecue All-Purpose Seasoning generously over both sides.

  3. Cook the ribs: Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 hours, basting with BBQ sauce in the last 30 minutes.

  • 4 lbs pork shoulder

Instructions:

Instructions:
